ATIS is the industry group working on the standard (T1.IAS) for broadband service providers. Their website is here

ATIS Releases Standard on the Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance (LAES) for Internet Access and Services. Press Release Here

ATIS's LAES for Internet Access and Services Standard (formerly T1.IAS) has been ratified. The standard provides for a "safe harbor" as specified in Section 107 of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). It is available here

CableLabs Issues CALEA Safe Harbor Specification for Broadband Surveillance. The press release is available here

CableLabs Cable Broadband Internet Specification (CBIS) was developed to assist cable operators and law enforcement agencies in meeting legal mandates under the federal Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). CBIS is designed to be a “safe harbor” under CALEA. It can be found here
